Klumo — Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.klumo.shop and any purchase from Klumo, operated by Klumo. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use your payment method.

2. Products, orders and payment

  • Product information. We try to show products, colors and sizes accurately, but screens vary and descriptions may contain errors. We may correct errors and update information at any time.
  • Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems. If we cancel after charging you, we refund the full amount.
  • Pricing. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Import taxes and duties are your responsibility, and packages refused or destroyed because duties went unpaid are not refunded.
  • Payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

  • Fulfillment. Many products ship directly from our overseas fulfillment partners, so items in one order may arrive separately. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days after processing. Estimates are not guaranteed, and we do not refund for delays.
  • Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the item to your address. You are responsible for giving a correct address.
  • Returns & Refunds Policy. Returns, refunds, cancellations and shipping claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
    • Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 5 days of delivery, with an unboxing video or photos. We replace or refund approved claims.
    • We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Custom or personalized items are final sale.
    • Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
    • Confirmed lost packages must be reported within 45 days of shipment. Failed deliveries caused by the buyer, and packages marked delivered but not received, are not covered.
    • Approved refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
  • Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, severe weather or similar events.

4. Product safety and liability

  • Use as directed. Read and follow all instructions and warnings included with each product, especially heated products (sauna blankets, sauna boxes) and electric or massage devices.
  • Not medical advice. Our products are for comfort and relaxation. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, a pacemaker, or any medical concern, consult a doctor before use.
  • Warranty disclaimer. Except where the law does not allow it, products are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond any written warranty included with the product.
  • Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klumo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
  • Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

5. General terms

  • Intellectual property. All Site content, including the Klumo name, logo, photos and text, belongs to Klumo or its licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without written permission.
  • Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including fraud, scraping, interfering with its security, or posting unlawful content in reviews or messages.
  • Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.
  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live.
  • Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Site, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
